5 Ideas To Show Dad How Much You Care

5 Ideas To Show Dad How Much You Care

It’s that time of year again when it’s all about dad. Some like to spend the day on the boat and others would rather be out on the open road. If you’re looking to upgrade Dad's ride or all chip in to help him get something new, here are five great ideas.

Golf Cart

If your dad has been saying he wants a golf cart either to get around the neighborhood or to use when he is golfing, Father’s Day is the best time to get him one! You can get him a slightly used one for a few hundred dollars or if you really want to get him the best one, you will be spending a couple thousand.

ATV

Does your dad love to hunt or hang out in the woods? You could surprise him with an ATV. These range from $500 and up. They are more expensive than a golf cart but you are able to do a lot more yard work and trail riding with them. Many people are surprised to know that most states have local trails made for four wheeling. This fun vehicle is sure to make your dad happy.

Motorcycle

There is nothing like the feeling of the open road in front of you. If your dad loves to zip around and either needs and upgrade or is looking to add some features to his motorcycle, Father’s Day is the perfect time to get him something new. Motorcycles can be pretty expensive new, so if this out of your price range for Father’s Day get him something fun for his motorcycle like a new helmet or boots.

Boat

Looking for something the whole family can enjoy? If your dad loves to be on the water and wants to upgrade the boat or would like to get the current boat refurbished there are a lot of options. You can get the seats recovered or get new paint on the outside of the boat. Boats new and used are an investment but if this something Dad has been talking about for a long time, you could always go look at boats on Father’s Day and help him pick out a new one and maybe help him with some of the expenses too.

Car Or Truck

We all know how expensive cars and trucks can be, so this might be out of the price range for Father’s Day. You can also spend the day looking at vehicles and maybe grab some lunch and dinner in between dealerships. If he isn’t looking for a new car or truck but could use an automatic start or maybe a new steering wheel cover. These could be in your price range for Father’s Day.

Something New

If you decided to get Dad something new or have a vehicle around your house that you are no longer using you can donate it to Vehicles For Veterans. We are a car donation program that helps disabled veterans and their families. You can donate golf carts, ATVs, motorcycles, boats, RVs, cars, and trucks.
