You must have your vehicle’s title and it must be notarized in order to donate your vehicle in Pennsylvania. That means that when you sign your title, it must be done in the presence of a Notary Public. Both your signature and the notarization is done on the bottom of Section A on the back of the title . However, if you don’t have your title, you can transfer ownership by applying for a duplicate title utilizing two generic, notarized power of attorney forms signed by all owners.
