Family Fun Benefiting Troops In Texas
As October is coming to an end here is a fun event that you can do with the whole family. Golfing For Homeless Veterans is an event that is taking place at TopGolf in The Colony, Texas.
What Is TopGolf?
A premier entertainment golf course. This game is a mix of darts and golf. You hit a golf ball from your designated platform and try to aim for the bullseyes on the ground below. The closer you get to the bullseye the better you do. There are multiple bullseyes of various sizes on the course. This is a great place to grab dinner and drinks with friends, or bring the kids out for some friendly competition TopGolf is great for all ages. Golfing For Homeless Veterans
This amazing fundraiser is to help homeless veterans in the area. Their goal is to raise money to help veterans get the thing they need for job interviews and to help them get back into normal society. This is often hard for veterans that come back from war and don’t know how to cope with the things they went through and saw while fighting for our country. The charity the night benefits is We Got Your Six, which is a transitional charity that focuses on helping homeless veterans that want assistance to get back on their feet.
Tickets
There are many options available wither you would like to golf or just enjoy dinner and drinks.
- Dinner and two drink tokens is $45-$50
- Dinner, two drink tokens and 3 hours of TopGolf is $135-$150
- Golf extravaganza: dinner, two drink tokens, 3 hours of TopGolf, and TopGolf pro assistance is $162-$180
- Kids tickets: kids dinner, and they can golf with parents is $18-$20
